Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all services provided by RapidLaunch. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Website Development Services

Payment for website development is due according to the agreed schedule in the project proposal. Deposits are non-refundable once development work has commenced.

2. Hosting Services

Hosting fees are charged monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time. Annual prepayments are eligible for a pro-rata refund for the unused portion. No refunds are provided for partial months.

3. Maintenance Plans

Monthly maintenance plans may be cancelled with 30 days' notice. No refunds for partial months. Annual plans: pro-rata refund available for unused months, minus a €50 administration fee.

4. Digital Products & Templates

Due to the nature of digital goods, website templates, code, and digital assets are non-refundable once delivered. Pre-made templates may be previewed before purchase.

5. 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), consumers have the right to cancel within 14 days of entering into a contract for services, provided the services have not commenced. If you instruct us to begin work within the 14-day period, you waive the right to cancel.

6. How to Cancel

Send cancellation requests to support@rapidlaunch.ie. Include your name, service details, and reason for cancellation. We will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage contacting us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension while the dispute is resolved.
