Submit a Data Request

Use this form to exercise your GDPR rights. We will respond to your request within 30 days as required by law. If your request is complex or we receive a high volume of requests, we may extend this by a further 60 days and notify you.

What Happens Next

1. Confirmation: You will receive an automated confirmation that your request was received.
2. Verification: We may ask you to verify your identity (e.g., by confirming details only you would know).
3. Processing: We will process your request within 30 days. For data exports, we will provide your data in a machine-readable format (JSON/CSV). For deletion requests, all personal data will be permanently removed except where legal retention requirements apply.
4. Completion: We will notify you once your request has been completed.
